Winemaker’s Notes

Our own “Super Tuscan” is a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a rich and racy wine; the wonderful berry fruit leaps from the glass. Layers of French oak add ginger and nutmeg spice, vanillin and coffee aromas. Lush fruit and chewy tannins on entry, a smooth middle, and a long oak finish.
