Join us in celebrating the release of Hank’s latest cookbook Borderlands: Recipes and Stories from the Rio Grande to the Pacific. Hank will speak about his work and selected passed appetizers from the book will be paired with Passalacqua wines.

Each ticket includes one copy of Borderlands, with additional copies available for on-site purchase.

About Hank

Hank Shaw is an acclaimed chef, author, and outdoorsman. His focus is on cooking and writing about “honest food.” He runs the wild foods website, Hunter Angler Gardener Cook, which won a James Beard Foundation award for Best Food Blog in 2013.
Hank has written for Food & Wine, Garden & Gun, and Field and Stream, among several other publications. He is the author of five cookbooks about preparing fish and wild game for the table. His books Duck, Duck, Goose and Buck, Buck, Moose have each won Excellence in Craft awards from the Outdoor Writers Association of America. His sixth and newest book, Borderlands: Recipes and Stories from the Rio Grande to the Pacific, has just been released.
