Classic Grilled Salmon

"Another one of my all time favorites. If you didn't catch it, look for the freshest wild salmon you can find." -JP

Cook Time: 20 min
Serves 4


  • Salmon, Fresh, fillets or steaks  ·  4 
  • Lemon, cut in half for squeezing  ·  1 
  • Salt and Pepper  ·  to taste 


  1. Heat the bbq to 325 degrees F
  2. Place salmon steaks or fillets on a platter. Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon liberally.
  3. Lightly apply salt and pepper.
  4. Once the grill has reached temperature, place salmon on the grill.
  5. Watch the internal temperature and remove at 145 degrees F.
  6. Serve with fresh tomatoes & mozzarella or a roasted corn salad--or both!
