Salmon, Fresh, fillets or steaks

Lemon, cut in half for squeezing

Instructions
- Heat the bbq to 325 degrees F
- Place salmon steaks or fillets on a platter. Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon liberally.
- Lightly apply salt and pepper.
- Once the grill has reached temperature, place salmon on the grill.
- Watch the internal temperature and remove at 145 degrees F.
- Serve with fresh tomatoes & mozzarella or a roasted corn salad--or both!
