Our Wine Club Members and Active Purchasers allow us to make the wines we love. If you would like to taste and purchase our wines, or you are interested in joining the Passalacqua Wine Club, we would be happy to schedule an appointment to review our current releases to make your selections.
Passalacqua Wine Appointments
A visit to Passalacqua is time well spent as our wines are only available directly from the winery. If you found us, it is likely because someone recommended Passalacqua or shared our wine with you.
We specialize in Passalacqua Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, single-vineyard Zinfandels, Russian River Chardonnay, Fiano when we have it, and a few other locally sourced red and white wine bottlings. We take a handful of Wine Appointments each day. Most of our guests are curious "wine people" who enjoy seeking out and acquiring wines they won't find anywhere else. We prefer not to charge fees. For groups of five or more, we apply a per-person fee; however, it can be waived with purchases.
If the weather permits (and it usually does), our private seated wine presentations take place on the beautiful deck under the redwood trees. Your host’s mission is to find the wines you will continue to enjoy and share throughout the years ahead.

Single Block Cabernet Tasting
For those of you who follow the “Cabernet is King” philosophy, we have another fascinating winetasting opportunity at Passalacqua. It’s a chance to compare 5 different wines, all made from the same vineyard and vintage, all Cabernet Sauvignon, all of the same clone.
Tom and Sandy Passalacqua, Jason’s parents, are winegrowers and own this beautiful, undulating former Charolais cattle ranch folded into the hills above Dry Creek Valley. We have unique access and only select around 4% of their fruit each year. Our winemaker, Jessica Boone, selects by taste and takes just what meets her exacting bar each year. Over time, she has found herself returning to the same trusted Blocks, each with its own distinct personality and attributes.
Your Passalacqua Single Block Cabernet Appointment is a one-of-a-kind comparative tasting of Cabernet Sauvignons. If you love Cabernet and have never had a chance to do this type of side-by-side tasting, this is your chance.
The Cabernets presented are: Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, (Multiple blocks), followed by Cabernet Sauvignon Block 4, Cabernet Sauvignon Block 10, Cabernet Sauvignon Blocks 18/19, and Cabernet Sauvignon Block 23. For the Single Block Cabernet Sauvignon Appointments, there is a $75 per person fee. However, we would rather see wine go to good homes, so if the wines speak to you, it is very easy to void fees with your purchases.
