Tasting Notes
This Quince presents a beautiful garnet color, with ripe black cherry popping on the nose, followed with aromas of white jasmine, wild strawberry and a hint of vanilla. The palate shows a touch of fruit tannin and oak structure up front which migrates into a richness surrounded by red plum. The finish shows a bright juicy fruit character which lingers on the palate leaving you thirsting for more. Enjoy now and for the next three to five years.
