Tasting Notes
This 2018 Quince presents a beautiful garnet color, with ripe black cherry popping on the nose, followed with hints of plum, vanilla, and baking spices. The palate shows a touch of fruit tannin and oak structure up front which migrates into fresh cranberry. The finish shows a bright juicy fruit character which lingers on the palate leaving you thirsting for more.
