A perfect pairing with most quail dishes—this 2022 Pinot Noir presents a beautiful deep garnet color and black cherry on the nose, followed by an earthiness, with hints of vanilla and toasty barrel. The palate shows a touch of fruit tannin and oak structure with black plum.
